Business Casual?

My kids are super cute.  And I'm not just saying that.  They really lucked out in the gene pool and are some handsome little fellas.  And what makes a cute kid even cuter?  A handmade-super-hip T-shirt with a fabric "necktie" sewn on.  Cuteness overload.

I wonder if this could qualify as "business casual"?
